System One is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team onsite in Monroe, NC. This is a 6-month contract opportunity supporting a leading specialty metal manufacturer. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills and be capable of performing a variety of administrative duties within the Human Resources department, focusing on data integrity, reporting, and staffing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for recruiting and staffing activities, including candidate travel reimbursements, uniform administration, PO creation and maintenance, retiree processing, service and award processing. Compile internal candidate listings and assist with scheduling and proctoring sonic testing. Facilitate new hire onboarding by supporting orientation, creating DT service tickets for new hire accounts, and assisting with all related tasks. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee electronic files, submitting and maintaining documents as required. Assist with administrative tasks aimed at improving departmental processes and support special projects as needed. Provide general HR support and perform other duties as assigned.Ideal Qualifications:
