Our client, a prominent pharmaceutical company is seeking a versatile HR Coordinator to join their NJ team! The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with recruitment through scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, processing I-9 verifications, and processing new hire and employee changes into an HRIS. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have many administrative duties, such as managing the HR inbox, SharePoint site, Learning Management System and staff meetings, along with maintaining employee files and any additional projects. Bachelor's degree required.3+ years of experience working in an HR function, within a pharmaceutical or corporate environments.Strong understanding of common HR programs and functionsAbility to multitask and meet deadlines
The salary range for this role is $65k-$80k.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
