SUMMARY\n
As a member of the corporate Human Resources team this role the Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in the administration, compliance, and employee experience for Champion Homes. This role will focus on supporting activities in both our US and Canadian operations while reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources. Core responsibilities will include payroll and benefits administration, data entry and analysis, and assisting with special projects as needed.\n

RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nProvides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.\n\nActs as a main point of contact for benefits and payroll assistance for employees and leaders within both corporate and manufacturing plants.\nEnters and keeps employee information as related to payroll and benefits up to date within Champion Homes' HRIS system, UKG Pro.\nWill assist with the coordination of information and assistance to employees, health care providers, insurance carriers and other third-party administrators.\nPerforms administrative tasks associated with benefits and payroll including enrollment, new hire entry, terminations, and changes.\nCompiles data driven reports for both payroll and benefits.\nEnsures timely EDI between payroll\/HRIS and vendors online systems and updates as necessary.\nConducts research and partners with corporate Human Resource team members to provide answers to employee questions.\nMay review updates to employment law, and policies to ensure compliance of benefits and payroll programs and processes.\nCoordinates certain activities related to the administration of Champion's leave of absence programs with the external leave administrator.\nHelps facilitate open enrollment process, including preparing enrollment communication and materials, scheduling and assisting with employee meetings.\nProcesses and maintains records for the retirement program.\nMaintain benefit invoices for accuracy against employee benefit plans, coverage levels, and payroll data to identify any discrepancies or errors.\nPerforms special projects as needed by the corporate Human Resources team.\nOther related duties as assigned.\n\n\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n\nB.S. in Human Resource Management, Business, or similar required. \nAt least two years of experience in a Human Resources position preferred. \nExperience with using UKGPro is highly preferred. \nCanadian benefits knowledge and experience, preferred. \n\n
