Responsibilities Are you passionate about Human Resources and looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our corporate Human Resources department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to contribute to various HR functions. Why You'll Love This Role: As an HR Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Temporary Employees & Contractors: Coordinate the use of temporary employees and manage the setup, maintenance, and termination of contractors in our system of record. HR Databases & Payroll: Keep our HR databases up-to-date and assist with payroll data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance. Terminations & Exit Interviews: Process terminations and compile employee exit interview information into actionable reports. Document Management: Maintain and organize documents on SharePoint and Intranet sites, including Employee Calendars, Payroll, and Benefits pages. Onboarding & Orientation: Support new hires by assisting with hiring paperwork and coordinating with internal partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Leave of Absence Tracking: Help track Leave of Absence claims and ensure proper documentation and follow-up. Benefits Program Support: Assist with various benefit programs, including tracking, employee communications, processing reimbursements, and providing usage reports. Administrative Assistance: Provide essential administrative support to HR team members, including record keeping, filing, mail handling, and coordinating meetings/events. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing end-user questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Compliance: Ensure legal compliance by maintaining accurate employee information and personnel files, and managing Labor Law posters at all locations. Annual Cycles: Assist with annual Open Enrollment and Merit Review Cycles to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Additional Support: Serve as a backup for Front Desk and I-9 verifications, and provide admin support for relocation, educational reimbursement, car reimbursement programs, and other assigned programs. Invoicing & Travel: Manage invoicing and PO processes, and handle travel arrangements and expense reports. Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the HR department. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field recommended, or equivalent experience. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, compensation management, benefits administration, and training. Skills: Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems; experience with UltiPro preferred. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Kronos timekeeping is a plus. Strong skills in MS Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Word. Ability to learn new technologies and understand data flow and system interaction. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of responsive customer service in a fast-paced environment. Proactive work ethic and sense of urgency.
