HR Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our team in the Twin Cities, MN! This is a fully on-site role, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by assisting with HR functions and ensuring seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance. + Assist with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and coordinating onboarding. + Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and files. + Process new hire paperwork, assist with benefits enrollment, and support ongoing compliance with company policies and procedures. + Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR-related events. + Handle the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment verification, and memos. + Monitor and manage time-off requests, employee attendance records, and payroll updates. + Support the HR department with administrative duties, special projects, and process improvements as needed. Requirements Qualifications: + 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role required. + Knowledge of HR processes, employment regulations, and best practices preferred. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks with accuracy. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar) is a plus. + Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. + High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field strongly preferred.
