Description We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a part-time, one-month project based in Fresno, California, This short-term contract role is essential in supporting our HR department, primarily focusing on auditing HR files to ensure compliance. Responsibilities: + Conduct detailed audits on HR files to maintain compliance. + Implement beneficial functions to improve HR processes. + Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR management. + Leverage ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication within the department. + Employ Ceridian and Dayforce for HR-related tasks. + Utilize About Time for efficient time management. + Conduct thorough background checks of potential employees. + Ensure effective and clear communication across all levels of the organization.
