Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator in ENGLEWOOD, Colorado. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry. As an HR Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing various aspects of human resources operations, including auditing, background checks, and benefits functions. Responsibilities: • Accurately process and maintain customer credit applications • Oversee and manage auditing procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations • Conduct thorough background checks as part of the recruitment process • Manage various benefits functions, ensuring employees are informed and processes run smoothly • Utilize tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for efficient HR operations • Maintain clear and effective communication with all levels of the organization • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
