HR coordinator

You will provide support in the areas of Employee Relations/HRIS/Compensation/Benefits & Leaves of Absence, Staffing/Employment. Responsibilities include a multitude of activities such as navigating the new hire lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, closely maintaining employee files, I9 verifications, managing and resolving workplace incidents and employee relations issues.
You will be responsible for the HR offer lifecycle including drafting job offers, comp negotiations, offer approvals, complete internal new hire forms, run background checks, maintain I-9s & employee files, file new hire documents, ensure all new hires are compliant with HR policies, etc.
Responsible for recruiting lifecycle this includes internet postings, aligning job descriptions internally & with hiring managers, passive recruiting, employee referrals, working closely with staffing agencies when budgeted, etc.
May schedule interviews & maintain interviews occur in a timely manner.
