Job Description:
The HR Coordinator for France and Benelux will manage HR Administration, HR processes, benefits under the responsibility of HR Manager France.
These tasks include:
Work closely with HR Manager to manage the harmonization of Employee Benefits
Coordinate the harmonization of labor contracts (where necessary)
Compare all HR processes for the different OpCo's (car policy, travel policy, job, qualification, salary structure, collective agreement as working time, profit sharing, réglement intérieur….)
Responsible for the Monthly, Quartely, and Annual social declarations (taxes, insurances)
Harmonization and follow up for all center of medical visit
Legal monitoring
Manage HR administration
Update and maintain workday
Work closely with HR Manager and Procurement on the car fleet management
Support HR Manager to implement HR Envista tools (performance management, engagement survey, GCRF, ….)
Prepare working contracts, addendum, employment certificates
Employment declaration
Occupational medicine follow-up (appointments / contribution payment)
Set up Workday profile for temp workers
Contract terminations follow-up in Workday
Headcount follow-up
Update the staff register
Sick/maternity leaves follow-up
Invoices approval
Office supplies orders
POC for all associates on payroll or admin questions

Job Requirements:
Bachelor working level or higher with specialization in HR
Highly qualified in specifically French labour law
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge in MS Office and preferably in SAP HCM
At least 3 years in HR Administration in an international company
Facilitating change

Active and good listener
Excellent networker that can communicate change and involve adequately all stakeholders including regional and global functions
