Description A leading sports apparel company in Carlsbad is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator for an interim position to assist with various HR functions during a period of growth and transition. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive and energetic team environment. Key Responsibilities: + Support day-to-day HR activities, including employee record maintenance and HRIS updates. + Assist with full-cycle recruiting, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication. + Facilitate new hire onboarding processes, including orientations and benefit enrollment assistance. + Manage employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. + Assist HR leadership with compliance-related tasks and audits as needed. + Coordinate employee engagement programs, trainings, and office events to boost team morale. Requirements + 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination or a related role. + Familiarity with HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. + Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively. + Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration preferred.
