Inova Center for Personalized Health is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator - License/Certification Compliance to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR function with various administrative tasks and assisting with employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.

Provides administrative support to the HR Operations and HR Shared Services teams with day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with our team members Maintains team member records and ensures that they are kept up-to-date and accurate Assists with the planning and implementation of team member development and training programs Coordinates with other members of the HR team to ensure that team member benefits are correctly administered and communicated Responds promptly and effectively to team member inquiries and escalates issues as required Assists with the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that they are up-to-date and legally compliant Continuously evaluates and recommends improvements to the HR administration processes Complies with Inova Health System's confidentiality and security policies Orders supplies, processes invoices and conducts monthly audits as determined by local HR Operations team Assists HR teams with special projects that serve to acculturate or retain staff (i.e. operating unit based orientations, Team Member Celebrations, Committees)
Human Resources Coordinator Job Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shift (Monday - Friday days, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) On-Site Education: High School or GED Experience: 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Human Resources Coordinator Preferred Requirements:
Strong knowledge of healthcare licensing and certification requirements for various clinical and non-clinical roles. Experience managing compliance tracking systems for employee credentials, licenses, and certifications. Familiarity with Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements related to employee credentialing. Proficiency in HRIS systems and compliance tracking software (e.g., Oracle, ServiceNow, Credentialing Management Systems). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate compliance records. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with employees, managers, and regulatory agencies. Ability to interpret and apply policies and regulations related to employee licensure and certification.
