HR Coordinator ( Test Job for Arya Only)

Core Accountabilities:

Direct liaison with associates (in person, telephonic and electronic) to answer questions and resolve issues on HR programs Exercise confidentiality when working with employee profiles, relations, and corrective actions Assist associates with questions by directing the associates to the correct resource. Assist associates with accessing and using HR systems, such as UltiPro and UTA. Perform onsite HRIS support for HR team members, such as creating and distributing reports from UltiPro and UTA. Responsible for checking and recording attendance messages on a daily basis, to make available to leadership. Logs various HR-related data being tracked on a spreadsheet, such as corrective action, approved religious accommodations, etc. On a daily basis, ensures on a daily basis, documentation is obtained and timely routed to corporate partners in Benefits, Payroll, Records, and Compensation, such as Benefits Enrollment Forms, Garnishment Notices, Subpoenas, Status Forms, return to work releases and accommodation requests. Obtain paperwork as requested to support unemployment administration at corporate office. Perform administrative functions for electronic I-9 system and ensure compliance with timely Form I-9 completion and re-verification of employment authorization. Support the annual open enrollment process Support administration and tracking of wellness programs and initiatives Direct short term disability requests, employment verifications, and medical support notices to correct vendor or corporate partner. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Products for running reports and communication. Other duties as assigned.
