Job Responsibilities
At this job you will:
Provide functional HR system and process support. Maintain and update workforce administration data, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Execute mass data uploads and generate reports as required. Implement, document, and enhance workforce administration processes, workflows, and maintain the HR Knowledge database. Ensure high data quality by verifying and correcting data as needed. Adhere to data integrity and security policies. Create foundational objects in HR systems to support employee data management. Support global HR process experts and business HR teams with system-related inquiries and improvements. Contribute to merger and acquisition activities. Engage in regular feedback sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing within the HR community. Background & Skills
What you bring:
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Technical Skills: High affinity for HR systems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Analytical Skills: Target-oriented and detail-focused approach. Languages: Fluency in English and German. Soft Skills: Customer-centric service and problem-solving mindset. Proactive and positive approach. Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities. Effective and clear communication. Team player with an international mindset.Employee Benefits
