HR DATA ANALYST, Human Resources - Systems
Join the growing HR Analytics team! This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to enter the field of HR analytics. Working as part of a 3-person team you will: Develop a deep understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) data while compiling, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting data from a variety of HR systems. Ensure data integrity through the creation and maintenance of audits, working with teams across HR to correct bad data. Learn Power BI while thoroughly testing all interactive dashboards to ensure full functionality upon release, checking and identifying problems with data output, and providing feedback on visualizations and language. Work with departments across HR as well as external partners. Create and maintain documentation of data practices, guidelines, reporting definitions, etc. Required Skills 3-5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in human resources and/or a data heavy position Experience analyzing data in MS Excel utilizing formulas, Pivot tables, and Pivot charts Strong analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy Strong written and oral communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred: + Understanding of HR practices and/or ERP systems + Experience creating thorough documentation + Experience working with confidential data We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, natural or protective hairstyle, religion, sex, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military service, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, or because of marital, parental, or veteran status.
