HR Data Analyst

Introducing a phenomenal opportunity for an HR Analyst to join our European team and support the efforts to innovate and operate the HR organization across Europe.

Reporting directly to the VP Human Resources Europe, you will provide analyses, data models, insights, and critical support content to both the strategic and tactical needs of the Europe HR Leadership Team.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR metrics and trends, providing actionable insights to support our day-to-day and strategic decision-making.  Excel Expertise: Apply advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze large datasets, build sophisticated models, and generate various forms of critical content.  Project Support: Provide analytical and administrative support for HR projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of results.  PowerPoint Creation: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for HR leadership, including data visualization, performance summaries, and strategic updates.  Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with HR leadership on budgeting and forecasting processes, including supervising HR costs, and finding opportunities.  Communication: Effectively communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.  Quick Turnarounds: Respond promptly to ad-hoc requests, delivering high-quality work with minimal rework and within tight time constraints.

For This Role, You Will Need: 

BSc (with concentration in Business, Finance, HR, Data Science, or equivalent)  Proven solid foundation of Excel, Power BI, Analytics and similar experience  Previous experience in a position of trust dealing with confidential information and data  Experience with Oracle HCM or similar system  Sound understanding of HR data, finance fundamentals, budgets, etc.  Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

MBA  Previous Role(s) in HR  Coding, advance data visualization and Power BI experience
