Key Responsibilities:
Audit and verify survey data, ensuring alignment with survey logic.Identify and resolve anomalies in survey data, collaborating with the Program Manager and HR.Act as the primary contact for survey inquiries and issue resolution.Utilize reporting platforms to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports.Support project management and vendor coordination for survey-related updates.Qualifications:
3+ years of data analytics and consulting experience.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to analyze large data sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.HR consulting experience preferred.Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.Additional Details:
