The HR Shared Services Center (SSC) Madrid was established in 2004. We strive towards a high professional team that drives operational excellence in Human Resources activities. Since then, HR Shared Services Center Madrid (Spain) offers services based on a global standardized support processes covering as follow: Payroll & Time Management, Personnel Administration, Compensation & Benefits, International Mobility and Process Experts Advice.

As part of the Shared Services Center (SSC Madrid) our Center of Excellence (CoE) Time, Payroll & Benefits is looking for a HR Services Delivery Specialist located in Santiago (Chile).

 

What you will do:

•    Coordinate, analyze and support Payroll process and its related activities to secure on time and high-quality.
•    Review coordinate, support projects to secure correct management and quality of HR Data and participate and support local Audits.
•    Relationship with HR Business Partner, Subject Matters Experts and employees in staffing, compensation and benefits matters.
•    Payroll Partnership in several countries in CU South (Latam)
•    Implementation to control and follow up of incidences to assure the achievement of objectives and to guarantee the compliance with internal or external regulations.
•    Second line support in the HR Direct channel.
•    Reporting and quality data with internal software (ERP´s) and HR documentation, ensuring reliability of the information gathered and facilitate decisions.
•    Establish processes, guidelines, and backups to assure the achievement of objectives and to guarantee the high services level.
•    Represent the organization at internal or external and meetings including the relations with key stakeholders (Payroll Leads, People Business Partners, Line Managers, Subject Matter Experts, HR Direct, etc.)
 

The skills you bring:

•    A university degree, preferably business or laws. HR post-graduate would be a great advantage.
•    Proven track record and a minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience as HR Payroll & benefits Specialist within a big company. 
•    Candidates must be ordered, responsible, flexible, and quality oriented. 
•    Project Management skills,
•    A customer-focused attitude with good communication and teamwork skills. 
•    Ability to adapt to a change environment.
•    SAP knowledge will be specially considered.
•    IT skills, including Microsoft Office
•    In spoken and written Spanish and English.
