An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with. **The opportunity** The HR Director, Data & Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. They will be responsible for taking complex HR data analysis and translating it into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders. Bringing a unique combination of data storytelling and communications focus to our team, you will work closely with HR leadership members to produce reports and insights for multiple stakeholders throughout HR, including an executive audience. This team member will have the opportunity to contribute to within a highly collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment providing insights regarding turnover, headcount, survey and employee experience, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of HR technology and analytics. **How you’ll spend your day** + Develop and implement a comprehensive HR data strategy, including data governance, tools, and technology to support data-driven decision-making + Lead the people analytics function, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and outcomes + Design and manage HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior leadership + Use data analytics to support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies, with a focus on the unique needs of the pharmaceutical industry + Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage risks associated with HR data, particularly in relation to pharmaceutical regulations + Work closely with other departments, such as R&D and Regulatory Affairs, to align HR data initiatives with overall business goals and strategies **Your experience and qualifications** + A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR is required, with a focus on data analytics and people management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
