We are looking for an HR Director (m/w/d) to lead the HR function for the Final Control Group in Cernay, France. (#LI-Onsite)

Working as a key member of the Group’s leadership team, you will build and implement HR (Human Resources) initiatives to support our organization and business strategy, including but not limited to organization culture, talent management, legal compliance, employee and labor relations, employee experience and engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), leading HR teams in multiple locations. You will report to Director HR Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Defining and implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals and Emerson People strategy Providing HR expertise and support to Group Leadership Coordinating and ensuring proper execution of Emerson's standard HR processes Managing the salary planning process per Emerson guidelines and requirements Leading social relations with unions, including work councils and negotiations, following local regulations Coordinating recruitment from role definition to onboarding of new hires Collaborating with management on performance management, talent development, and organizational planning Managing employee development, training needs, and using Emerson's training resources

For This Role, You Will Need:

Master’s degree in HR, Business, Law or equivalent HR leadership experience Experience in a senior HR role within complex manufacturing environment and team leadership responsibilities Comfortable in dealing with unions, employees and management at all levels  Knowledge of French labor laws Fluency in French and English Available to regularly business trips (France and Europe)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Advanced education in HR or an MBA Background in an international matrix organization
