Description
Our client, an innovative leader in the tech industry, is seeking a seasoned HR Director to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment while straddling both strategic and hands-on roles.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Develop and implement HR strategies in sync with the organization's overall business strategy.
+ Oversee the coordination and implementation of recruitment, talent management, development, and retention strategies.
+ Analyze the effectiveness of HR operations and policies.
+ Ensure regulatory compliance pertaining to human resource management.
+ Lead the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
+ Provide leadership for HR strategic planning.
+ Develop and monitor an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
+ Represents the company for any labor-related complaints or investigations.
Requirements
+ Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role.
+ In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, employee relations, etc).
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (HRIS, ATS).
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
+ Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
+ Strong understanding of the interviewing process, benefits administration, payroll, and other HR functions.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required, and a Master’s degree or HR certifications are preferable. 10+ years’ experience in a senior-level HR position is essential.
