We are looking to recruit an HR Director to partner with segment business leaders across the UK & Ireland. You will take accountability for driving and delivering HR solutions to maximise people performance, strategy and workforce planning and significantly contribute towards strengthening business performance.
As a member of the HR Leadership Committee (HRLT), you will define and support the deployment of HR plans and solutions throughout the region, in alignment with Group HR policies and initiatives.

Implement HR strategic priorities at regional levels, ensuring the needs of the segment are met by HR Services in the regions and maintaining full alignment with Group HR strategic priorities, HR policies, frameworks, guidelines, and processesProvide HR partnership to the segment leadership, leveraging commercial expertise and knowledge of the Segment; developing and applying deep client and segment commercial knowledge and networks; providing sales and commercial support for achieving the segment ambitionWorking with the regional HRD and talent roles ensuring timely implementation of talent processes to ensure development in the region, including the establishment of succession and workforce plansLead and support organisational change, talent development, and workforce planning initiativesChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), ensuring it is embedded into all aspects of the businessDrive employee engagement and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementOversee all aspects of HR, including performance management, employee relations, and labour relationsEnsure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices across the UK&I region
