Our client, a leader in the hospitality space, is looking to hire an HR Director who will be responsible for strategic planning, fostering organizational culture, staff development, recruitment, benefits, training, recognition programs, and more.
Responsibilities:
Lead the HR team, ensuring effective execution of HR processes and initiatives.Manage the interview and onboarding processes for new hires. Oversee the annual performance review process for all employees.Suggest and implement training programs for employees and team leads. Maintain HRIS database and assist with weekly payroll processing.Coordinate benefit enrollments for medical, dental, vision, 401k, and more; maintain relationships with brokers; and educate employees on offerings.Manage and execute employee engagement events.
Experience & Skills:
