Our client, a long-standing insurance company, is looking to hire a Director of Human Resources to support key HR functions across the organization, including total rewards, performance management, recruiting, HR operations, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities:
* Lead talent acquisition activities, promoting efficiency and candidate experience.
* Assess competitiveness of compensation and benefits programs in the market & make
recommendations for adjustments to staff compensation process.
* Identify opportunities to enhance existing talent development programs and create new offerings.
* Communicate company policies, procedures, and programs to employees and
management effectively flexing style and communication channel based on audience.
* Partner with department leaders to build and maintain recruitment plans to attract top talent.
* Provide coaching to leaders and employees to resolve performance management situations.


Experience & Skills:
* 10+ years of HR experience including at least 3 years of management experience.
* BS/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong knowledge of total rewards, recruiting, talent development, payroll, HRIS, and compensation programs.
