As a Director - Human Resources at Honeywell, you\nwill play a critical role in supporting the HON(Honeywell) Human Resources functions. You\nwill be responsible for providing strategic HR leadership and\nguidance to ensure the success of this function. This is a unique opportunity\nto make a significant impact on the organization by driving the development and\nimplementation of HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives.

You will report directly to our HON HR for HR Leader and you'll work out of our\ncorporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role will require a combination\nof on-site and remote work.

In\nthis role, you will have the opportunity to:

Partner with the HON HRC leadership team to develop\nand execute HR strategies that align with business goalsDrive organizational effectiveness and change\nmanagement initiatives to support the growth and transformation of the\nfunctionLead talent management and succession planning efforts to\nensure a strong pipeline of future leadersProvide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee relations,\nperformance management, and talent developmentCollaborate with HR COEs and shared services to deliver HR programs and\nservices to the functionsEnsure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the HR Senior Manager supporting the Corporate Human Resources function, you\nwill be a key partner in driving the success of these critical business units.\nYour expertise in HR strategy, talent management,\nand organizational effectiveness will be instrumental in supporting\nthe growth and transformation of these functions.
