PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $104,100 – $140,500 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead and deliver integrated HR services and programs tailored to Southland Gaming’s business needs, focusing on attracting, hiring, and retaining talent Provide strategic direction for onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training for HR team members, ensuring they understand job functions, policies, and growth opportunities Serve as a coach and adviser to people managers and business leaders, handling escalated employee relations matters, including investigations and resolutions aligned with company values and governance standards Collaborate with labor relations on union matters, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication Develop and implement scalable HR and human capital strategies, policies, and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legislative, and enterprise requirements More about you High school degree or GED required; bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related field preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience with a large employee population Previous gaming experience is strongly preferred and must be eligible to obtain a state gaming and racing license Experience with PeopleSoft, Workday, or similar HRIS, Word, Excel, and PowerPointCandidate must reside near Kennedy Space Center or be open to relocation.
