We have an outstanding career opportunity for an HR Director to join a leading Company located in the Irvine, CA surrounding area.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
The HR Director will play a pivotal role in driving our business strategy by fostering the design and implementation of a high-performing organization. This includes attracting top talent, nurturing employee development, and creating a rewarding workplace culture that reflects our core values. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the HR Director will champion a culture of excellence and ensure the adoption of best practices throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:Plan, implement, and identify effective and reliable HR strategies, policies, and operating systems to support business needs.As part of the senior management team, this position will work closely with the other members acting as business partners to make the necessary decisions for its business entity, with consideration of our policies and directions.Develop strategic workforce planning, processes, and tools to ensure the business has access to the right talent to execute the business strategy, including labor cost management and appropriate change management.Drive business results by attracting talent and ensuring an effective performance management and training system that aligns performance to business objectives and company Values.Promote a high-performance culture that will attract and engage talent through a culture of recognition.Structure appropriate compensation & benefits programs that align with market practices and company policies, including proper position definition and valuation.Define and manage the administrative processes and HR procedures with local regulations and company policies (Hiring, terminations, benefits administration, and payroll processes).Ensure an appropriate working environment based on our code of ethics, policies, and procedures that align with the health & safety work environment.
Basic Hiring Criteria:Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or related. Minimum 10 years of demonstrated progressively increasing levels of leadership experience; must have experience directly managing a team with technical products.
Desired Qualifications:Ability to build positive relationships with employees, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment, working cross-functional/ global collaboration, leading organizational transitions, and implementing new HR initiatives effectively.Strong Leadership and Communication, Strategic Thinking and Planning, Problem Solving.A passion for coffee.Experience Manufacturing or Food and Beverage Equipment.
