HR Documentation Specialist

To Apply for this Job Click Here A financial group in west Austin is looking to bring on an HR Documentation Specialist on a temporary basis. This is a 3-6 month long contract position looking for someone to start ASAP. Pay is $30-36/hr depending on experience. This is a fully onsite role in west Austin. About the RoleThis person will be responsible for documenting, standardizing, and refining HR processes and desk procedures. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with experience in process documentation, technical writing, and workflow analysis. The contractor will work closely with HR leaders and subject matter experts to gather critical information, ensure consistency in documentation, and develop clear, structured procedures. A proactive approach is essential, as this role involves driving engagement with procedure owners, identifying process gaps, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, structure, and maintain comprehensive HR desk procedures and process documentation.Work closely with HR leaders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract detailed process information.Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and adheres to company formatting and compliance standards.Actively follow up with stakeholders to obtain necessary information and approvals.Organize and store documents in an easily accessible and logical format.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3+ years of experience in process documentation, technical writing, HR operations, or a related field.Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, ability to simplify complex processes into clear instructions.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency.Project Management: Ability to track progress, follow up with stakeholders, and manage documentation timelines.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with HR team members effectively.Tools & Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Initiative: Self-motivated and assertive in gathering necessary information and driving tasks to completion.Preferred QualificationsExperience in HR, compliance, or operational process documentation.Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Knowledge of workflow automation tools is a plus. 1406347_1740160758 To Apply for this Job Click Here
