Your role will involve adhering to established processes and guidelines to support all potential new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience with every interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with employees at various levels to address a range of topics and issues, ensuring attention to detail and empathy Communicate with customers through an inbound call center to resolve complex inquiries. Respond to customer inquiries via an online portal Process HR-related transactions and activities in line with company policies and guidelines Provide an exceptional customer experience, meeting service level, quality, and productivity metrics Resolve new hire inquiries accurately and effectively Follow all established processes, policies, company guidelines, and regulations
