Main Tasks + Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements + Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets). + Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate + Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners + Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees + Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor + Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes + Cost center responsible for HR + Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate) + Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues. + Creation of HR relevant guidelines + First contact for Works Council (including negotiations) Your Profile + University degree with specialization in human resources management + 5 years of relevant professional experience + Enforcement + People-oriented thinking and acting + Willingness to deal with constand change, flexibility + Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting + Fluent Englisch and German + Classical Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.) + HR related IT-Systems What do we offer? + You can expect a well-coordinated and helpful team. + We offer the rare combination of working locally in a small team for a global corporation. + Free fruit and coffee/tea to energize you in your daily work. + No long search for a parking space - a parking lot is available on the company premises. + Issue of food vouchers.
