Job DescriptionManaging the recruitment & on boarding processResponsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies.Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business.Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interestsProvide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levellingPreparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboardManaging the payroll inputs for respective business lines.Responsible for driving Compliances.
