The ideal candidate will have experience within compensation, benefits administration, performance management, employee relations and employment law. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.SHRM or related certification helpful.5+ years of experience of well-rounded HR experience.Financial services industry experience require, previous work experience in asset management is preferred.Prior total rewards administration experience.Team player mentality

The salary range for this role is $100k-$120k.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
