New Job Opportunity - HR Generalist

New and exciting job opportunity with a client based out of Columbia, MD. Looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist with a minimum of 2+ years of related work experience in HR. Experience working with an IT company is highly preferred. 

Logistics of the Role:Full Time - Direct HireHybrid - At least 3 days a week on site Compensation - 50k-60k (Dependent on experience) Day to Day Activities:Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization team members and assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.Assist with all phases of recruiting and onboardingCommunicates leadership objectives persuasively and effectively while collaborating with leadership to improve leadership capabilities, workforce performance, overall engagement, and the advance of the organization's strategic initiatives.Aid in the development and execute HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction.Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required2+ years of human resource experience is preferredKnowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
