HR Generalist

We are searching for an HR Generalist to provide general HR assistance to our Two Men And A Truck brand, which may include: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and general HR consultation to people leaders. .In this role you will assist in the development, implementation and communication of human resources policies and procedures. 


What you will do:

Lead and/or supports HR processes including on-boarding, off-boarding, employee relations, performance management/goal setting, leaves of absence, and unemployment claims processing.Maintain knowledge and advises management of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.Advise, support, and assist with positive employee relations activities and investigates and resolves employee relations issues.Support recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt associates by partnering with talent acquisition on new requisitions and onboarding efforts.   Lead or support HR projects and HR-related training (e.g., new hire orientation, benefits orientation, positive employee relations, etc.).Consult with front line people leaders on best practices for HR and people management.  Resolve any HR-related inquiries or issues in a timely and effective manner

What you will bring:

Proven experience in HR administration, particularly employee relations.Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
