HR Generalist

What This Position is All About

The HR Generalist will contribute to the development of HR initiatives and execute programs to support the Corporate SFA Associates.

You Also Have:

BA/BS, or equivalent experience

2+ years of applicable progressive professional and business experience, HR experience preferred

Client focus with outstanding judgment and critical thinking

Ability to deal with ambiguity and achieve results in a fast paced environment

Experience with retail/merchant environment preferred, interest and understanding of Fashion Industry

Excellent verbal, written and problem solving skills

Four- year college degree

As The HR Generalist, You Will:

Serve as the Corporate main point of HR contact and manage the implementation of HR processes and initiatives for associates in assigned client groups. 

Support information for all employee lifecycle events:

Partner with TAG to manage the job requisition process

Administer new hire, promotion and exit interview activities 

Oversee New Hire Orientation planning and execution

Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience

Manage documentation for associate changes, including internal offer letters, salary, supervisor and position changes

Liaise with support teams to manage general reporting and data requests.

Coordinate the VISA process and annual budget to business needs.

 Support the HRBP team activities throughout the year:

Annual Review Process

Objective Setting Process

Roundtables

Merchant Rotation/Release Date Tracking

Participation and/or lead in Corporate task forces and special projects

Ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Salary and Other Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is between $67,538 – $84,423 annually.  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
