You will be part of a collaborative group that champions your career and passions, embraces challenges, understands the importance of work-life balance, and shares our commitment in making a positive impact through your work.   We have an immediate opening for an experienced Human Resource Generalist to work in our Denver, CO office supporting staff and managers in our Western Region.   Job Activities: Partner with management and leadership team in workforce planning, employee engagement, career development, performance management and policy interpretation and implementation Contribute to a strong culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Support managers in employee relations and performance management Assist in onboarding and orientation and participates in interviews Provides visible HR presence to our employees that support engagement Assess training needs, create and present various training programs Support Farnsworth Group’s core values of Integrity, Loyalty, Fairness, and Excellence Specific Requirements Include: Bachelor’s Degree, Human Resources or related field required. A minimum of 5 years of human resource generalist experience is required. Experience developing training initiatives, materials and presentations preferred. HR Certifications, PHR or SHRM-CP preferred. Effective interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels within the organization. Proven skills in leadership, project management and people management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with HRIS systems preferred. Salary Range:  $75,000 min – $95,000 max (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
