HR Generalist

As the sole HR professional in the organization, this role will encompass all HR responsibilities, functioning as a one-person department, with full ownership of HR processes and activities.

Direct Hire position$54,000.00 to $58,000.00 /annuallySalaried (Monday through Friday)Identifying, evaluating and solving hiring challengesRecruiting top talent for job openingsMediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputesInterviewing potential candidates and making recommendationsCompiling information for compensation and benefitsMust keep and record accurate records of employeesExperience with handling medical, dental and life insurance enrollments for employeesExperience working with Business, Auto and Work comp insuranceKeeping track of employee’s daily hours worked through the E2 systemProcess weekly payroll through PayChex

HR Generalist Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of HR experienceExperience with manufacturingExperience working with FMLA, Workman's compensation, and benefitsPayroll experience (PayChex)Able to travel between 3 closely situated plants
