HR Generalist

Adecco is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong focus on administrative duties. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives in a multi-functional position, balancing human resources responsibilities with front-office tasks like answering calls and welcoming visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Administrative Duties** : Answer incoming phone calls, greet and assist visitors, manage front desk activities, and ensure a welcoming environment.
+ **HR Support** : Assist in onboarding, and training processes; update employee records and maintain HR databases.
+ **Employee Relations** : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and ensure effective communication of HR policies.
+ **Compliance and Documentation** : Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; assist with HR documentation and audits.
+ **General Office Support** : Coordinate office supplies, assist with event planning, and manage other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
**Qualifications**
· **Experience** : 1-2 years in an HR or administrative role preferred.
· **Skills** : Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
· **Personality** : Friendly, professional, and proactive; capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.
**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
