HR Generalist
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a range of duties that support the organization's human resources needs. This role is crucial to maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring the continued growth and success of our team. Responsibilities: • Assisting in all aspects of employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives. • Analyzing statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop solutions for issues such as turnover and retention, absenteeism rates, and productivity standards. • Serving as a liaison between management and employees, handling queries and helping to resolve work-related problems. • Promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion programs across the organization. • Participating in and conducting employee investigations alongside the HR Manager, and making recommendations to reduce exposure potentials. • Coordinating all aspects of yearly grants with Workforce Development. • Assisting with the recruitment process for all drivers. • Processing and entering all benefit and payroll changes for salaried managers and supervisors. • Assisting the HR Manager with workforce planning, succession planning, and career development planning. • Demonstrating an understanding of state and federal labor and employment law. • Representing the organization at local city events. SALARY RANGE: $55,000 - $60,000 BENEFITS OFFERED: - Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision - Other Insurance: Pet insurance, disability, life, plus tuition reimbursement - Retirement Plan: 401k with a 3% match - PTO: 2 weeks of PTO after 6 months of employment plus 2 personal days, 1 birthday holiday, and 8 paid holidays Requirements Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HR Generalist • Demonstrable understanding of ADP - Financial Services • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now • Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce • Capability in managing Benefit Functions • Excellent Communication skills • Familiarity with Compliance regulations and procedures • Strong skills in Employee Relations • Understanding of FMLA regulations • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to make decisions and solve problems • Strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality • Ability to multitask and navigate systems applications • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
