Description We are offering an exciting contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. The team is growing,, and they are looking for a candidate immediately available to step in to support the organization. The role has a focus on employee relations, benefits administration, FMLA/LOA administration, policy and procedure development, onboarding, talent acquisition, and terminations. Responsibilities: • Facilitating effective employee relations and addressing any issues that may arise. • Administering benefits and handling enrollment procedures. • Managing matters related to workers' compensation. • Overseeing and managing FMLA/Leave of Absence requests and procedures. • Conducting investigations related to HR matters when necessary. • Developing and rolling out HR policies and procedures. • Handling the onboarding process for hourly and salaried employees. • Overseeing talent acquisition processes to ensure optimal hiring practices. • Managing terminations and performance improvement plans. • Utilizing Kronos and ADP computer systems for HR management. Requirements • Proficiency in managing Benefit Functions • Demonstrated ability to ensure Compliance • Experience in managing Employee Relations • Knowledge and understanding of HR Policy • Capable of conducting efficient and effective Onboarding processes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred • Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
