Description
We are in search of an HR Generalist for our team based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, United States. The role involves a broad range of HR functions including employee relations, onboarding new hires, HR compliance, and training & development. This long-term contract role is a valuable opportunity for those looking to contribute significantly in the HR domain of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures and keep them updated as necessary
• Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees
• Oversee and execute the corporate recruiting process
• Administer benefit functions and compensation & benefits programs
• Develop training and development initiatives for employee skill enhancement
• Maintain open lines of communication with employees to ensure a positive work environment
• Monitor HR development strategies and implement improvements
• Assist in maintaining HR compliance across the organization
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Requirements
• Experience fully onboarding employees and conducting initial training sessions is highly desired.
• Possess strong knowledge of Benefit Functions.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Understanding of Compliance procedures and guidelines in HR.
• Capability to handle Employee Relations effectively.
• Experience in Corporate Recruiting.
• Knowledge of HR Compliance and its application in a corporate setting.
• Experience in Onboarding new employees.
• Proven skills in Recruiting for various roles.
• Understanding of HR development strategies.
• Familiarity with HR Policies & Procedures.
• Experience in Training & Development of employees.
• Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits structures and strategies.
