HR Generalist
Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR team, supporting both strategic initiatives and daily operations. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Generalist will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies and practices.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate open communication between employees and management, addressing any concerns effectively.Conduct and assist with thorough investigations into workplace or employee-related issues.Prepare comprehensive reports and recommend appropriate actions based on investigation findings.Maintain and update employee records.Support recruitment processes and coordinate employee performance appraisals with management.Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist; experience in construction is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
