Kyriba is looking for HR Generalist for Poland who, as a critical member of the global HR team, will drive our short and long-term strategy ensuring that the HR department’s operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. Your role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, conducting onboarding, administrating the variable pay and actions in HRIS (Workday), and assisting HR Manager in many HR activities. And you will also act as one of the main points of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct employee onboarding
Employment contracts and cooperation agreements preparation;
Help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Take an active role in conducting employee performance reviews;
Maintain Job Requisition in HRIS
Maintain employee files and records, keep up-to-date employees data in HRIS
Create an environment where diverse and motivated employees have opportunity to perform, develop their talent and skills and contribute to company success
.We are looking for someone who has:
At least 3/4+ years of relevant experience in the field of HR operations / administration, previous experience in IT domain will be a plus
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law
Good written and verbal communication (both in Polish and English, Russian is a plus);
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Strong organizational skills, sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work in a hybrid model ( 3 days onsite; 2 days remote)
