HR Generalist
Job Description Our client is looking for a HR Generalist to join their People Operations team in Miami, FL. This is a role where the HR Generalist would be responsible for talent acquisition, on-boarding, off boarding paperwork, some payroll coordination for their international team members and general HR administration responsibilities. You will work with hiring leaders to determine appropriate skill set, determine best recruiting strategies, write effective job descriptions for postings, screen candidates and applicants, and manage interview processes. You will also be in charge of the candidate's onboarding experience once a role has been filled. Additionally, this role will collect and verify payroll information to analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies with their payroll providers. This is a full-time role that is hybrid, Tuesday-Thursday in office in Miami. The salary range for the role is $50-60K depending on experience.
