Our HR team are recruiting for a HR Generalist to join the team in Grenoble, France.Responsibilities:· Personnel administration
· Recruitment and hiring
· Termination of employment contracts
· Monitoring social legislation
· Payroll supervision
· Management of insurance and health mutual contracts
· Follow-up on medical visits
· Management of internal mobility
· Support to managers on all HR matters
· Collaboration with the European HR team on various topics: Diversity and inclusion, performance management program, KLA Foundation, Learning & Development
· Organization of training in France
· Various administrative tasks
You demonstrate great autonomy. Friendly, you make proposals to your managers in France and Europe. Good level of English required. Knowledge of office tools. Executive status.
