HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR policy and projects to ensure smooth implementation.

2. Ensures quick response to business units in HR related including recruiting, organization change, compensation, training, performance management, people development, etc.; as a proactive strategic partner, understanding talent needs of the business, e.g. succession planning, leadership development program, etc.

3.  Coordinates, communicates, and follows up annual Employee Involvement Survey results.

4. Communicates with employees at all levels, delivers and explains company policies, and strengthens communications with department managers to create an open and cooperative atmosphere.

5.  Advises and conducts appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.

6. Maintains or updates company organization charts and job descriptions as necessary.

7. Generates various HR reports and conduct HR data analysis.

8. Seeks for continuous improvement on HR practices and operation.

9.  Participants in regional/Local HR projects; Supports other functions & projects as HR representative.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in related majors.

2. At least 3 years’ experience in a functional and/or generalist human resources role. Experience in multinational environment is a must.

3. Has a solid business focus, works with business unit management as a business partner.

4. Be capable and willing to work on day-to-day operational issues as well as the sense of human resources strategic activities.

5.  Fluency in both English and Mandarin language skills (both oral and written). Must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities.

6. Strong team and inter-personnel skills.
