Description We are in search of a HR Generalist to become a part of our team based in NORTH DARTMOUTH, Massachusetts. The HR Generalist will be entrusted with the task of managing employee records, aiding in onboarding procedures, communication with Union, and handling leave of absence among others. This role exists within a dynamic environment, offering a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Handle employee probationary documents meticulously. • Assist in the onboarding process for new recruits. • Manage and track various data efficiently. • Communicate effectively with Union members. • Ensure smooth operation of training programs for internal staff. • Assist in the execution of leave of absence procedures. • Maintain a high level of organization in all tasks. • Employ strong attention to detail in all responsibilities, particularly when maintaining employee records.
