Description We are offering a part time (30 hours a week) contract employment opportunity for a HR Generalist in Hartford, Wisconsin. The role will be situated within a manufacturing setting and will encompass a wide array of HR functions. Responsibilities: • Execution of comprehensive recruitment strategies, from job posting to candidate onboarding • Utilization of ATS for efficient recruitment processes • Maintaining a positive work environment through effective employee relations, conflict resolution, and adherence to company policies • Administering payroll processes to ensure all employees receive accurate and timely compensation • Usage of Paylocity for payroll related tasks • Overseeing compliance with employment laws within all HR practices • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism • Carrying out additional HR related tasks as assigned by the management team • Applying knowledge of benefit functions within the HR scope • Facilitating corporate recruiting in alignment with the organization's needs. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar • Proficiency in using ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) systems for recruitment and employee management • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Benefit Functions within an organization • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively correspond with different stakeholders • Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and laws in HR, ensuring the company adheres to relevant legal requirements • Proven ability in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and team building • Experience in using Paylocity software for HR functions • Demonstrated skills in Corporate Recruiting, with the ability to attract, onboard, and retain high-quality candidates • Prior experience in the Manufacturing industry is highly desirable, with a good understanding of its unique HR needs and challenges TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
