Description
The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our workforce by implementing and managing HR programs and services that support business objectives and drive better employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer various HR plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
+ Manage the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
+ Maintain employee-related databases and ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
+ Understand and remain updated on federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
+ Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide necessary feedback.
+ Address and resolve employee relations issues, such as workplace conflicts and complaints, in a timely and effective manner.
+ Coordinate employee development plans and provide training opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
+ Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role.
+ Strong knowledge of labor legislation, and payroll processes.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS.
