HR Generalist
Job Description
Coordinate the employment process, including scheduling interviews, physicals, drug tests, and orientation. Conduct new employee orientation, place advertisements, and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all required new employee paperwork and its entry into the computerized system. Recruit and interview to fill vacant non-exempt positions. Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. Plan and execute employee engagement events. Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee files, both paper and electronic. Schedule meetings, notify attendees, and coordinate locations. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, and documents. Work independently on special HR projects as assigned, including maintaining the social media pages. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Essential Skills
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ One to three years of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment
Full-time position. The company has just under 200 employees and is family-owned. The family environment encourages a culture where individuals can really own processes and change. The company has significant growth goals in place, with a very significant uptick in growth expected from 2026 onwards due to large contracts coming through, ensuring stability.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
