Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR functions including recruitment and onboarding Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Proficiency in HR software and systemsResponsibilities:
Manage recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Administer employee benefits programs and open enrollment Conduct performance evaluations and address performance issues Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts Ensure compliance with company policies and HR regulations Identify training needs and coordinate development programs Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation calculationsPay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
